Family-friendly fun! \nCome experience the AHRMA Classic MotoFest™ of Monterey\, where vintage and modern road racing\, trials competitions\, flat track and motocross racing will take place all in one weekend WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca!    Scheduled for July 15-17\, 2022\, this event will include a swap meet\, bike show\, cycle corral (which includes a track walk and parade lap) and other family friendly activities. \nWith AHRMA’s mission of restoring and racing on and off-road vintage motorcycles while appealing to a diverse audience\, it’s an event that fits WeatherTech Raceway. The original Laguna Seca Raceway\, built in 1957 was funded by local businesses and individuals after the nearby Pebble Beach Road Races were abandoned for being too dangerous.  In 1974\, the property was deeded to the Monterey County Parks Department and is currently owned by Monterey County. \nAHRMA’s MotoFest weekend will appeal to a broad audience base whose interests lie in classic motorcycles and competition. The event features classes for motorcycles spanning pre-World War II up to modern single\, twin and triple-cylinder and electric-powered racers. DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We’d ride up Friday leaving Black Horse Coffee on Higuera at 9 and meet North County Folks at Cambria Shell Station around 10.  We’d have lunch in Big Sur and then go to the Talbot Motorcycle Museum\, 4 E Carmel Valley Rd\, Carmel Valley\, CA 93924.  afterwards check into hotel\, maybe go to motorcycle shop.  Friday Night Bike Night:  The Bike Night in Pacific Grove will take place on Lighthouse Ave between Forest Ave and Congress Ave. Restaurants will be open and ready for riders to enjoy. Live music will be at the Monarch Pub\, and a private reception will be held at the Motorcycle Museum on Forest Ave. Parking starts at 4 PM\, and the festivities go on until 9 PM. No motorcycle is necessary to enjoy Bike Night – just a healthy appetite and a love for motorcycles. All riders and enthusiasts are welcome! \nSat breakfast and go to track and spend the day. \nSat night dinner in Carmel Valley then check out cannery row again \nSunday check out of hotel  and spend day at races\, ride home. \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

SUMMARY:Norton Owners Ride Friday – Sunday June 4th – 6th  Cambria
DESCRIPTION:This is a wonderful\, scenic ride through California’s Central Coast. Meet in Cambria Friday evening for dinner\, drinks and camaraderie. Saturday morning we will gather at the Redwood Cafe located at 2094 Main Street in Cambria for an early breakfast.   From Cambria we will enjoy a scenic day ride up to Carmel Valley via rural country roads. Once there we’ll grab lunch and visit the Moto Talbot Collection. On the way back we will take the recently reopened Pacific Coast Highway. The club headquarters for this event is the Creekside Inn located at 2618 Main St\, Cambria 93428\, contact phone is 805.927.4021. A reservation code will be provided to get our reduced Norton Club rate\, so stay tuned. Ride departs at 9AM sharp.
