DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nUncontrolled bleeding is a major cause of preventative deaths. Approximately 40% of trauma-related deaths worldwide are due to bleeding or its consequences\, establishing hemorrhage as the most common cause of preventable death in trauma.  Marcy will give us a hands on demonstration of How to Stop the Bleed!  We’ll meet at the Elk’s Lodge #322\, 222 Elks Ln\, San Luis Obispo\, CA 93401 where you will need to be signed in by Elk’s member Jack Ravin at 6:30 in the lobby.  Dinner menu item will be Baked Potato with all the fixings which will be available for purchase. \n \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nThis month’s presentation will be by Larry Coolidge of his tour of Japan in April which will include Tokyo\, (go-karting in the streets of Tokyo at night)\, views of Mt. Fuji\, Hakone\, Hikone\, Kyoto\, Nara\, Hiroshima and Osaka. Although he was not on a motorcycle he took pictures of motorcycles along the way and talked with many of their owners. \nWe have been searching for a new place to have meetings that serve pizza since we lost the exclusive use of the back room at Petra and club members Jack Ravin and Bob Wilson are Elks members and Bob was able to get the use of a room there.  You’ll be able to purchase your own meal at only $16.00 for all you can eat pasta.  To enter you’ll just need to sign in with Jack or Bob at the front door. \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
